At Slowdown Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
